Rules for Custom Creations
Closed Customs: Genjutsu, Summonings, Items/Weapons
- You may not make any customs that resemble canon systems from Naruto or Boruto. You may make additional techniques for systems that already exist on the site, however (as long as they aren't closed).
- Cannot make any of the closed customs listed above.
- You cannot make any new releases, but you may create custom techniques for releases that already exist on NWRP.
- When making a custom, please reference the Template Index for the proper application.
- Do not post unfinished customs in the Submissions board. All unfinished customs need to be placed in the Work-in-Progress board until it is finished. Message a staff to move your finished custom to Submissions.
- Do not make techniques that are over-powered or that have nearly no weaknesses.
- Do not make customs that permanetly modify a character's stats, movements, handseals, resistances, etc. However, you can make customs that temporarily modify these character's stats (or use status effects).
- Selfish creations are not allowed. All customs are able to be learned by all characters so long as they meet the requirements.
- Customs cannot require permission from a particular member to learn. Customs can, however, require Staff permission.
- Custom creations require three staff approvals in order to be accepted.
- Custom creations may be denied for any reason by an Administrator, or by two other staff members.
- Please look through the index and look at the systems that already exist on Ninja War. Do not make techniques, clans, etc. that are the same as (or mimic) systems that are already in place.
- If you want to work on a big project and you're not sure if it will be denied, try asking in the Support section or messaging a staff member. Do not get mad if you do a lot of work and it is denied.
- All accepted customs will be moved to the Site Index upon approval.
- If a player wants to revamp a custom they've created, then they will need to sacrifice 1 scrap in order to do so.
