Description: As the user becomes more adept at using the fire release, their flames will become even more powerful and deadly. Now the user's fire techniques will deal an additional +1 hp damage per character level on a successful hit.

[/b] Flame Expert (Rank 2)
Description: As the user becomes more adept at using the fire release, they learn to control their flames with more much greater precision. If a technique would attack everyone in a certain range (friend or foe), then the user can decide to have that technique only hit specific targets instead. This skill gives the user much greater control over their destructive techniques.

[/b] Flame Master (Rank 3)
Description: Three times per day, the user can cast any fire technique with an added burst of chakra. This added chakra will cause the flame to explode when it reaches the opponent, or object, and cast balls of fire all around the area. Everyone in a 5-meter radius of the explosion will take 20 hp of additional damage from the blast.

D-rank

Name: Fire Dagger
Rank: "D" (Multiple, Max 5)
Type: Ninjutsu, Fire
Drawbacks: User must get close to the opponent.
Description: The user forms the handseals and sends chakra to one of their hands, which they force to turn into a six-inch blade made of fire. The blade will burst from the user's fist and remain in place for 1 round per user's character level. While holding the blade, the user can't make any other movements with that hand. If the Fire Dagger touches an opponent, then it will cut them and deal 5 hp of damage per time the user has learned this technique. The cut dealt by a Fire Dagger burns rather than cuts, and leaves no blood behind as it cauterizes the wound instantly.

Name: Flame Arrows
Rank: “D” (Multiple, Max 10)
Type: Ninjutsu, Fire
Drawbacks: n/a
Description: After making the handseals, the user forms chakra into the palms of their hands and creates a set of arrows that they can launch at their opponent. The arrows are made out of fire and burn anything they touch, and have a range of 10 meters + 2 meter per character level. The user can create a number of arrows equal to 1 for every time that they’ve learned this technique. Each arrow deals 10 hp of damage on a successful hit. Throwing one of the flaming arrows takes a movement. The chakra that sustains the arrows shape has a duration of 1 round per character level, after that the arrows will disperse into the air.

Name: Flame Aura
Rank: “D”, “C”, “B”, “A”, “S”
Type: Ninjutsu, Fire
Drawbacks: Cannot distinguish between friends or foes.
Description: After forming the handseals, heat begins to generate in the air around the user until it is nearly burning. Anybody caught within this jusu will feel as if their skin is on fire and will take an amount of damage, equal to the rank of this technique, every round that they are close to the user. The range of this jutsu depends on the rank of the technique. For every rank, increase the range of the technique by 1 meter to a max 5-meter radius around the user at S-rank. The user can manipulate the range of this aura so that it is wider or smaller than its maximum. The duration of this technique is 1 post per character level.

C-rank

Name: Dragon Flame Jutsu
Rank: "C"
Type: Ninjutsu, Fire
Drawbacks: n/a
Description: The user forms the handseals and then sends a line of fire out of their mouth that can travel with intense accuracy. Although it doesn't cover a wide area, this technique shoots a focused fire attack toward anything that the user can see within a 30 meters + 2 meters per level range. This technique can only hit a single opponent before it burns out, however, it can leave severe burns on whoever it hits.

Description: The user forms the handseals and then sends a layer of fire over both of their hands. This technique does not burn the user, but will burn anybody else it touches. Usually this technique is used in conjunction with taijutsu techniques for more damage. If the user touches somebody with the Fire Glove technique, then the opponent will suffer +2 hp of damage per user's character level and whatever additional damage from combined taijutsu techniques. The duration of this technique is 1 round per character level and then the flames will fade. After the user deals damage with one of their hands, both of the Fire Gloves will fade.

Name: Fire Orb Jutsu

Type: Ninjutsu, Fire
Drawbacks: n/a
Description: The user forms the handseals and summons an 1 orb of fire per time the user has learned this technique. The orb is small, about the size of a softball, and floats around the user for 1 round per character level. Each orb can travel away from the user up to 10 meters per time the user has learned this technique. If an orb hits an opponent, then it will deal 5 hp damage per time the user has learned this technique. Shooting out one of the orbs takes a movement. Since the orbs are controlled by the user at all times, they can manuever around obstacles and objects. The Fire Orb jutsu is a favorite among Fire Specialist due to its great ability to stack on itself.

Name: Flame Bombs

Type: Ninjutsu, Fire
Drawbacks: If lit early, this technique could burn the user's mouth.
Description: The user secretes saliva and chakra into their mouth, forming it into a sort of oil that ignites when it leaves the user's mouth. The oil bursts into a ball of fire that can shoot toward an opponent within a 20 meters + 2 meters per level range. The user can shoot the oil from their mouth at various degrees, allowing them to divide the damage that this technique deals among multiple balls of fire and shoot them in quick succession. This technique can leave severe burns.

B-rank

Name: Burning Ash
Rank: "B"
Type: Ninjutsu, Fire
Drawbacks: Hurts anybody caught within its range.
Description: The user forms a set of handseals and then spews a smokescreen into the air around an enemy, or group of enemies. The range of this technique is 5 meters per user's character level. The area-of-effect of the smokescreen is 10 meters. Everybody trapped within the smokescreen is blinded, even if they are normally able to see in the dark. The smokescreen is considered a form of chakra darkness and lasts for 1 round per user's character level. If the user, or anybody else, ignites a flame within the smokescreen, then it will explode and deal a B-ranks worth of damage to everybody caught within its area-of-effect.

Description: The user forms the handseals and then shoots out a cone of fire from their hands in any direction they choose. A blast of fire shoots out like a wave up to 20 meters. Everybody caught within the first 10 meters of the cone will take 6 hp of damage per user's character level, and has a 50% chance of gaining a burn effect which deals 2 hp of damage, every round, for 1d3 rounds. Everybody caught within the second 10 meters of the cone will only take 3 hp of damage per user's character level and has no chance of being burned.

Name: Flame Whirlwind

Description: The user forms the handseals and then causes a spiraling, mass of fire to begin to form in the center of the their two hands. In an instant, the user will shoot the swirling, ball of fire at a foe within 5 meters per time the user has learned this technique. The ball of fire continues to spin as it blasts into an opponent, and has a push-back effect of 1 meter per user's character level. Anybody hit with the Flame Whirlwind will take an amount of damage equal to 30 hp per time the user has learned this technique. Additionally, the foe has a 50% chance of being burned. If they are, then they will take an additional 3 hp of damage every round for 1 round per time the user has learned this technique.

Name: Sphere of Flames

Drawbacks: n/a
Description: The user forms the handseals and then holds their arms out -- massing their chakra into a large ball of flames with a 3-meter diameter. The user hurls the flames at an opponent, or object, within a range of 3 meters per character level. The duration of this technique is instant, and anyone within the Sphere of Flames' area-of-effect takes an amount of damage equal to the rank of this technique. A person has a 50% chance of being set on fire, if they are hit with this technique, and will take an additional 3 hp damage per round for 1d3 rounds (or until the fire is put out).

Type: Ninjutsu, Fire
Drawbacks: n/a
Description: This technique allows the user to control the actions of the Sphere of Flames, rather than instantly throwing the sphere at an opponent. The Rolling Ball of Fire is capable of tumbling across the ground and toward opponents within its range. The sphere has a duration of 1 round per character level. It can hit one opponent before it disappears, dealing the same damage of the Sphere of Flames technique. Each time the sphere is directed to roll toward a person, it takes away 1 of the user's movements. The sphere moves at the same speed as the user.

A-rank

Name: Sunburst
Rank: "A"
Type: Ninjutsu, Fire
Drawbacks: n/a
Description: The user forms the handseals and suddenly all of the chakra in their body lights up, as if they are on fire or had turned into a miniature sun. Everybody within 10 meters of the user will instantly be blinded for 1d3 rounds. Everybody caught within 5 meters of the user will be blinded for 3 + 1d3 rounds, and suffer a B-rank's worth of damage each. The user cannot be harmed by their own technique, however, their allies could be.

Name: Sun Fire

Type: Ninjutsu, Fire
Drawbacks: Requires that the user have both hands free.
Description: The user forms the handsigns and then puts their two hands over their head, forming a large ball of chakra that they manipulate into fire energy. A big ball of fire is created, capable of being thrown at opponents. The size of the fireball is equal to 1 meter in diameter per user's character level. The ball of fire can be thrown up to 2 meters away per user's character level. Upon a successful impact with a person, the fire will deal 5 hp of damage per user's character level -- even if it just touches a limb or part of their body.
Requirements: Must know the Fire Orb Jutsu at least 3 times

S-rank

Name: Fire Storm
Rank: "S"
Type: Ninjutsu, Fire
Drawbacks: n/a
Description: The user forms the handseals and then lifts out their hands into the air. Suddenly, a writhing, blast of fire will swirl around an area -- like a storm -- causing massive damage to anyone caught within its area of effect. The range of this technique is up to 40 meters away from the user. The area of effect is a 5 meter radius from the technique's point of origin. This technique deals 1d20 + 7 hp damage per user's character level to everyone caught in the blast, foes or allies.
