Rules for Staff Applications
- Must use the template at the end of this post.
- Position must be available. The numbers next to the names will indicate how many positions are available.
- Must not have had any warnings for at least thirty days.
- If you are denied a staff position, you can re-apply after fourteen days.
- Must know all of the site rules, including those in the Player's Handbook, Custom Creation, and Character Creation boards.
- Positions can either be approved or refused by Admins and Head Moderators. An application needs three approvals to be accepted, or two refusals to be denied (except under special circumstances).
Staff Positions
- Administrators / Admins [1/2]: Admins are the highest level of staff. They are responsible for looking over other staff members, dealing with major site issues and updates, building projects and events for the site, etc. Admins have the authority to punish and ban members, as well as global powers over pretty much all aspects of the forum. You cannot apply for an Admin position. Admin positions will be rewarded to dedicated head moderators after a long period of time on the site.
- Head Moderators [0/3]: Head Moderators are the next in-line after Moderators. Head Moderators watch over Moderators and Gamemasters. Moderators work on big projects and events for the site, as well as ensure that members are having fun and resolve any issues (battle or personal related). Head Moderators also approve characters, customs, training, etc. Head Moderators give other members warnings for violating the rules. You can apply for a Head Moderator position after being an Moderator.
- Moderators [2/5]: Moderators are the first tier of staff, but have a lot of the responsiblity. Moderators are in charge of grading characters, roleplay, customs, travel, etc. and helping other members get their ideas approved. Moderators are in the process of learning the site better, but still know all of the rules and wish to help other players reach their goals. They sometimes work with Head Moderators on big projects and events. Moderators give warnings to other members who violate the rules. Anybody may apply to be a Moderator.
- Gamemasters [0/5]: Gamemasters are not actually staff at all, however, they are able to create and run events and campaigns for other players. Gamemasters can help other players to unlock special content and quests. Anybody may apply to be a Gamemaster.
