Detailed Information
Appearance:
With an unusual whiteish grey eyes, Shunmin truly has a unique feature. With blonde hair to match with his emptiness of eye colour. With his hair being fairly long that covers over his eyes you tend to don't see the unusual eye colour. Some would almost mistaken him to be part of the Hyuga clan.
Shunmin wears a black jacket that has a red accent on the inside and on the strips on the sleeve. On the back it has his clan's symbol on it that is as well in the red colour. He wears a white shirt under the jacket. With his black pants and his headband wrapped around his left arm. On an off day, he would normally not wear his jacket and maybe wear shorts depending on the time of year and the weather in Amegakure.
As for weapons, He has a sword that is normally strapped down on his right side of himself. On his left leg he has a kunai holster with a couple of kunai in it. On the back of his left hip he has a pouch that would consist off shuriken and smoke bombs.
Personality:
Shunmin is a very quiet person. He doesn't say much but when he does is usually is a sarcastic remark. Even though he's quiet he's a man of action which can get him into trouble if messing with the wrong people. He's also very calm and patient. Although it doesn't seem like it, it get quite a bit to be on his nerves and when you do he'll make you pay by plotting a punishment that he will perform on you without you noticing.
Shunmin is a chaotic person that is has a lot of will to scare people with his neutural feelings towards everyone. He doesn't show much emotions and when he does it's usually because he likes you or you're about to get hurt by him.
Shunmin is a very intimidating person. He's doesn't like to play around all that much and is very serious about everything. And if he catches you messing around he will get on you and when people look into his space less eyes if gives people a cold chill down there spine knowing that it feels like no one is there staring at them.
History:
Shunmin is the youngest in his family. With two other brothers, he tends to be forgotten. When he was born his mother passed away while giving birth to him which made his brothers put him down for killing their mother. His father is an alcoholic that would beat him constantly if he did something wrong. His brothers would use him as a punching bag during there training where he'll come home with bruised ribs and even sometimes some broken bones. Once he was old enough to start defending himself he manage to snap and beat the crap out of his brothers and manage to break many bones in their bodies.
One day he was looking through his family's stuff in a room and found a really old chest that had his grandfather's sword in it and started to use it to start training on his speed as well his reaction. Although he didn't like his family he didn't have any reason to kill them and yet left them alone. Through out the years he would train by himself until one day a girl came up to him and offered her service to him. This girl was the first person that wanted to be his friend and he felt greatful. At the age of nine both of them joined the academy together and manage to graduate together. With that though it came to a point in what he wanted to do. And he decided to become a shinobi and help his village.
As a Genin, Shunmin kept on training and getting better with his sword skills as well as his reaction timeing and as well his speed. In the mean time he started to work on his ninjutsu which would consist of raiton and suiton. Even though he wasn't efficent in it he enjoyed working on them when he could. Alone side of all the traininig he enjoyed the ability to use genjutsu which he found was the easiest to learn out of the three style of fighting.

Name: Dispel Genjutsu

Type: Ninjutsu / Genjutsu
Drawbacks: Only has a chance of working.
Description: The user puts their hands together and forces their chakra to become disturbed, possibly disrupting genjutsu if it has been cast upon them. In order to dispel a genjutsu, the user must know the rank of this technique equal to the rank of the genjutsu that is being performed. For example -- to dispel a B-ranked genjutsu, the user would need to know B-ranked Dispel Genjutsu. Furthermore, in order to dispel the genjutsu, the user and the opponent must roll a 1d100 dice. Both the user and the opponent are allowed to add their total Will stat to the result of their dice roll to get a higher score. Whoever has the higher score will be the victor. If the user succeeds, then the genjutsu will fail. If the opponent succeeds, then the genjutsu will continue. The user can also force this technique upon another person by touching them -- thereby allowing their ally a save against a genjutsu technique.

Description: This technique allows the user to modify their chakra in order to perform genjutsu. Genjutsu works differently than ninjutsu, affecting the mind and senses of an opponent. A genjutsu has three parts: the framework, the trigger, and the enhancements. This technique is the framework for all genjutsu. This technique does not require any handseals or chakra to use. This technique determines the rank of triggers and enhancements that a character can add to their genjutsu (i.e. a player with Genjutsu Casting C-rank could not add a B-ranked enhancement to a genjutsu). This technique determines the duration that a genjutsu will last, which is 2 rounds per rank learned in this technique.

Description: The user imbues their eyes with a genjutsu so that anyone that looks into them will be affected. This genjutsu affects anybody who can see, or look at, the user's eyes within 30 meters. This trigger does not affect people who are blind, or those who look away from the user's eyes (although this makes it somewhat more difficult to fight, causing the foe to lose half their movements per round). The user must specify 1 target who will be affected when they use this technique. If a target is not specified, then the target will be determined randomly. After performing the handseals for the entire genjutsu, this trigger hangs on the user for 2 rounds. The user must maintain concentration until the trigger is discharged.

Description: The user focuses their genjutsu into their voice so that it will affect anybody who hears the user within 20 meters. The user can either speak or sing. If an opponent somehow covers their ears, then this trigger will not take effect. Opponents who are deaf are not affected by this trigger. This trigger can affect up to 1 target for every 6 points in the Will stat. If targets are not specified, then they will be determined randomly. After forming all of the handseals for the genjutsu, the user will hang this trigger for up to 1 round. The user must maintain concentration until the trigger is discharged.

Description: The user forms the handseals and then holds their index and middle finger together in the air. Water will begin to condense at the tips of the fingers and turn into a whip made out of water. The whip will last for 1 round per character level, or until it deals damage, after which time it will burst into a puddle of water. This Water Whip has a range of 5 meters + 5 meters per character level. If the whip strikes an opponent, then it deals 2 hp damage per user's character level.

Description: The user forms the handseals and then shoots a blast of lightning in a straight line toward an opponent. This technique takes place in an instant and has a range of 5 meters per user's character level. If the lightning hits an opponent, then it will shock them and deal damage equal to its rank. The lightning can conduct through special material, such as water or metal, to reach beyond its maximum range. In this case, the lightning can extend up to an additional 10 meters from its striking point (i.e. if the character chooses to strike a body of water that is 20 meters away, the Ibuki technique will burst out in a 10 meter radius from where it stuck the body of water). Everybody caught in the burst will take damage equal to the rank of this technique.

Name: Lightning Bolt

Description: The user forms the handseals and then creates a bolt of lightning in their dominant hand, crackling and sparkling against the air. The bolt can be any color that the user chooses and almost seems to glow. The user can launch the bolt at an opponent with high speed and accuracy. The lightning bolt has a duration of 2 rounds (cannot form any other ninjutsu during this time), and deals 1d6 + 2 hp per character level of damage upon a successful hit. The bolt can be thrown up to a range of 5 meters + 5 meters per character level. Upon a successful hit, the lightning bolt disappears.
